In 1/3 Cups warm water, disolve the yeast. Let stand for five munutes.
Add about 2 cups of the flour, the oil, the remainder of the water, and the spices.
Beat.
Add more flour until the dough holds (About 10 minutes, but nobody does it that long. Just go until it is smooth and elastic)
Put in an oiled bowl to rise until doubled. This takes about two hours.
Punch it down and heat the oil to fry.
Make your doughnut shapes (Just balls or disks)
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
This also works for regular pizza dough. If you divide into three sections after punching it down, preheat the oven to 450'F. Roll out the dough, add toppings as you want. Rest for 10m and cook for 8-20m. (Apr 19, 2019)
