BKFT Cookies
Because I want to eat cookies for breakfast!
- I/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup fine milled flax seed
- 1/2 cup minute oats
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup raisins
- Combine first 7 dry ingreadients.
- Cream together butter and both sugars, add in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingreadients.
- Add raisins.
- Drop from spoons on to cookie lined sheets
- Bake 350 9 to 10 min.
Hint. I I pureed almonds and flax seed in the blender to make a flour.
Hint. Always soak your raisins in boiling water for several minutes before using.
