S'More Bars
Gluten free ... or not. It's your choice.
- 8 Kinnikinnick S'moreables (or regular graham crackers), broken into pieces
- 1 package Kinnikinnick Graham Style Crumbs (or 1 box graham crumbs)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows (split in half, so you have two 1 cup measurements)
- 1 (14 oz / 300 ml) can condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweek chocolate chips (180 g)
- 2 oz dark chocolate (broken) (56 g)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease. Set aside.
- Combine Kinnikinnick Graham Crumbs and butter. Press into base and ¼ way up sides of prepared pan.
- Pour condensed milk evenly over prepared base.
- Top with 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate chips and broken Kinnikinnick S’moreables®.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining marshmallows.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes (until marshmallows are golden and melted).
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Top with crumbled chopped chocolate. Let cool completely before slicing.
- To slice: remove bar from pan with the aid of the parchment paper. Remove paper and slice into portions.
- Altered the directions slightly from original. Parchment paper works better than the foil they recommend. (Jun 24, 2019)
