Yorkshire Puddings
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- some oil
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Put 1 tsp oil in each muffin tin, and heat until hot (5-10 min).
- Mix flour, salt, milk and eggs in blender.
- Pour into heated muffin tins, filling approximately 3/4 full.
- Bake at 425 until golden brown - about 15 minutes.
