A quick, healthier snack option.
- 1 cup honey (12 oz)
- 1 cup peanut butter (9.25 oz)
- 1 cup carob powder/cocoa powder (3.3 oz)
- 1 cup sesame seeds (4.65 oz)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (5 oz)
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded. (1.7 oz)
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped (4 - 5 Medjool)
- Heat honey and peanut butter in large pan.
- Once melted, add carob/cocoa powder, and then all remaining ingredients.
- Pour into greased 8" or 9" pan and press.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- Cut into squares and store in the fridge.
