  • 1 cup honey (12 oz)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (9.25 oz)
  • 1 cup carob powder/cocoa powder (3.3 oz)
  • 1 cup sesame seeds (4.65 oz)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded. (1.7 oz)
  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped (4 - 5 Medjool)
  1. Heat honey and peanut butter in large pan. 
  2. Once melted, add carob/cocoa powder, and then all remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into greased 8" or 9" pan and press.
  4. Refrigerate until cold.
  5. Cut into squares and store in the fridge.
