Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.

4. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy on the edges, tossing halfway through.

6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately.
