Vegetable Pizza
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 pkg Uncle Dan's California dill salad dressing (I use half the package - depending on your taste for flavor) (this is a dry mix)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Chopped veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, onion, carrots, whatever your desire)
- Pilsbury Crescent Rolls for 8
- Roll out Pilsbury Crescent rolls (I use a rectangle cookie sheet); bake as per directions on package. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Chop veggies as desired - I chop them smaller - make for easier eating and the dill flavour is better with bites.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonaisse and dill salad dressing well. Spread over "crust".
- Top with veggies and serve immediately.
Does not keep well so it's an eat it all kinda meal.
