Vegetable Pizza

  • 1 pkg cream cheese 
  • 1 pkg Uncle Dan's California dill salad dressing (I use half the package - depending on your taste for flavor) (this is a dry mix)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Chopped veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, onion, carrots, whatever your desire)
  • Pilsbury Crescent Rolls for 8
  1. Roll out Pilsbury Crescent rolls (I use a rectangle cookie sheet); bake as per directions on package.  Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  2. Chop veggies as desired - I chop them smaller - make for easier eating and the dill flavour is better with bites. 
  3. Mix cream cheese, mayonaisse and dill salad dressing well.  Spread over "crust".
  4. Top with veggies and serve immediately. 

Does not keep well so it's an eat it all kinda meal.
