Eatmore Bars
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups small marshmellows ( not squished)
- 3 cups rice Krispies
- 1 cup peanuts (I use salted). Substituted almonds at Christmas time.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- In a large pot bring honey and peanut butter to a boil over medium heat Stir constantly
- Add marshmeallows and chocolate chips, stirring until melted
- Remove from heat and stir in peanuts and rice Krispies and vanilla. Mix gently until well coated.
- Press in a buttered 9" by 13" pan
- Cool and 24 squares ready to eat.
- refrigerate or freeze thaw and cut into squares at room temperature. (Dec 31, 2018)
