Pork Tenderloin
Basic cooking technique.
- 1 pork tenderloin
- oil
- salt and pepper or spices to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin as desired.
- Heat oven safe skillet on medium high. Add a little oil then sear the tenderloin on all sides (3) for about 2.5 - 3 minutes per side.
- Finish cooking in the oven, cooking for 10 - 15 minutes, or until internal temperature of 145° is reached.
- Let rest 5-10 minutes before cutting.
