Ice Cream Sandwich Cake (Kid Friendly)

Ice cream sandwiches, in a cake, with chocolate, caramel and fudge

  • 9 ice cream sandwiches ( 1 box of rectangles)
  • chocolate syrup topping, carmel syrup topping, hot fudge topping  (any or all)
  • 1/2 tub of cool whip
  • sprinkles (optional)
  1. Line cake pan with parchment paper to hang over side 8.5 x 8.5. Unwrap 1 box (9) ice cream sandwiches. Place 1/3 of them in bottom row, tight side by each. Drizzle your toppings, all or one or two on top
  2. Place youir next row changing directions 3 more of your icecream sandwiches, on top but still tight side by each.Drizzle your toppings on top again.
  3. Place your last 3 ice cream sandwiches changing directions on top of second row.  Cover your cake with cool whip and drizzel your toppings on top of cool whip .  Or sprinkles.
  4. Place in freezer for at least 1 hour.  Cut and Serve
