The Best Fried Chicken Ever
- Chicken thighs
- 1 egg beaten (for more than 4 thighs use 2 eggs)
- flour for dredging thighs
- Panko
- Dredge thighs in flour and put on wax paper.
- Let sit 5 minutes.
- Wash thighs in egg and immediately roll them in the Panko.
- Heat small amount of oil in oven proof fry pan and lightly brown thighs.
- Put fry pan with thighs in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
