The Best Fried Chicken Ever

  • Chicken thighs
  • 1 egg beaten      (for more than 4 thighs use 2 eggs)
  • flour for dredging thighs
  • Panko

 

  1. Dredge thighs in flour and put on wax paper.
  2. Let sit 5 minutes.
  3. Wash thighs in egg and immediately roll them in the Panko.
  4. Heat small amount of oil in oven proof fry pan and lightly brown thighs.
  5. Put fry pan with thighs in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
